purpose (www.bidchelan.com) This is a form of auction but very different from the traditional oral auctions often used to sell distressed properties. Rather, properties presented by BidChelan will be available for bidding over a period of ten days to three weeks. During that time the properties will be available to view and inspect and a listing agent will supply information and answer questions.
In this process all buyers will be encouraged to have their own real estate agent representing them in all aspects of the transaction. We are firmly committed to sellers and buyers receiving the full service that is vital to what is often the largest investment a person will ever make. The agent representing the buyer will receive a full commission similar that paid in a more traditional transaction.
The properties featured on BidChelan will be ones chosen by us as extraordinary values. It is not for all properties but rather a tool we can offer buyers and sellers where appropriate.
